Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing technique that helps restore balance by clearing energetic blockages and encouraging your body’s natural ability to heal itself. During a Reiki session, I place my hands lightly over different areas of the body to help move energy where it’s needed most. There’s no pressure, no forcing, just calm, intentional energy flow.
Many clients describe Reiki as “a deep exhale” — a sense of peace that moves through the whole system. Some notice warmth or tingling during a session, while others simply feel relaxed, centered, and emotionally lighter. Some even see colors or visions during a reiki session; the experience is entirely unique for each person.
